Today, Chechen leader Kadyrov shown on video with Putin, his first "proof of life" since 2 brief clips from Moscow on September 20th & 21st, at which he had said nothing or almost nothing, but in which other participants had obviously been instructed to state the date. Today with Putin, he appeared to be in very good spirits, looked fine, but ran constantly short of breath (all his open-mouth inhalations were quite audible) as he recited a strangely-rushed (as if on a timer) script of his recent achievements. No explanation as to what he was doing in Moscow (or anywhere) between 21st and today. Russian "approved" pundits still maintaining total silence as regards his presence in Moscow or what he's been doing, how he's been performing in general, just no mention of him. thedreizinreport.com
